She oversaw 1100 insurance salespeople in 4 sites, led the HR department ,and created an amazing culture. Over the last seven years, she has brought her expertise to executives and teams as a coach and facilitator. She is passionate about thriving businesses with thriving people.

Christen Bavero

Over the last twenty-five years, Christen has worked across many different sectors, including public education, public health, and business. Most recently, Christen was an executive and partner at ThinkHuman, leading the operations, facilitation, and content teams. For the last twelve years, Christen has successfully developed and delivered leadership training programs for well-known, fast-growing companies.
