Mercer was one of the founding partners of TRANZACT, which grew from 5 people to a billion dollar business. She oversaw 1100 insurance sales people in 4 sites, led the HR department and created an amazing culture. Over the last seven years, she has

brought her expertise to executives and teams as a coach and facilitator. She is passionate about thriving businesses with thriving people.

Christen has worked across many different sectors over the last twenty-five years, including public education, public health and business. Most recently, Christen was an executive and partner at ThinkHuman leading the operations, facilitation and content teams. Christen has successfully developed and delivered leadership development training programs for well-known fast growth companies for the last ten years.
